Mr. Muhammad Anwar Dar is a successful entrepreneur and a visionary leader. His father, Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed Dar, was a businessman. Mr. Anwar Dar saw the tides of his family’s fortune change at the age of 17 and thus had to leave his education incomplete. He left his education in 1973 to take up a trivial job. However, these hardships, instead of dampening his spirits served as an impetus to further strengthen his resolve to grow and excel in life. In 1986, he started his own poultry business. Today, Mr. Anwar Dar is a prominent non-political personality. He is the chairman of a progressive business conglomerate, The Credence Group. The Group has a diversified portfolio and operates in the areas of financial services, stock trading, education, poultry feed & medicine and real estate. Having suffered from the agony of leaving his education incomplete, Mr. Dar established GIFT University Gujranwala in 2002. Mr. Dar also established Roshni Homes Trust an unconventional source of shelter for the orphaned children.

Mr. Muhammad Farooq Dar is a philanthropist and a seasoned businessman with an experience of two decades in banking and financial sector. In 1996 he left his banking job and joined Dollar East Exchange Company as the Chief Executive. Today, Mr. Dar is the Vice Chairman of the Credence Group. Being a vibrant and a visionary leader, Mr. Dar has always played a vital role in the expansion and innovative initiatives of the Group. Having a diversified portfolio he looks after financial services, trading, education, telecom, real estate businesses and charity. Mr. Dar is among the Board of Governors of GIFT University, Director of Satellite Town-Jhelum, Darson Securities Ltd, Founder Trustee and Vice Chairman of Roshni Homes Trust.

Mr. Malik Dil Awayz Ahmed, CFA is the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Darson Securities Ltd. He is a seasoned professional with association of over seventeen years in securities and commodities business. His quest of constant learning along with rich experience in capital & mercantile markets of Pakistan has enabled him to magnify his professional profile both horizontally as well as vertically. He is a strong believer of ethics, professionalism and corporate culture to sustain and improve the integrity of capital markets, investment profession and market value of all the stakeholders. His achievements and ongoing efforts to inculcate code of ethics, best practices and revolutionary measures to transform the DSL into a distinguished corporate brokerage house of industry are well applauded by the sponsors and BOD of the Company. Mr. Ahmed has done his Master in Commerce with majors in finance from Hailey College of Commerce. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, United States.
