Mr. Dil Awayz Ahmed, CFA is the Chief Executive Officer of Darson Securities Ltd. He is a seasoned professional with association of over seventeen years in securities and commodities business. His quest of constant learning along with rich experience in capital & mercantile markets of Pakistan has enabled him to magnify his professional profile both horizontally as well as vertically. He is a strong believer of ethics, professionalism and corporate culture to sustain and improve the integrity of capital markets, investment profession and market value of all the stakeholders. His achievements and ongoing efforts to inculcate code of ethics, best practices and revolutionary measures to transform the Darson Securities into a distinguished corporate brokerage house of industry are well applauded by the sponsors and BOD of the Company. Mr. Ahmed has done his Master in Commerce with majors in finance from Hailey College of Commerce. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, United States.

Mr. Saqib Islam has a vast experience of Brokerage Industry, Risk Management, Taxation and Financial Management. He has been engaged with Darson Securities Pvt Limited since the Darson Securities started its operations in Karachi as a corporate brokerage house of Pakistan Stock Exchange (formerly Karachi Stock Exchange). He looks after the treasury functions of the Company. Prior to joining Darson Securities Mr. Saqib had gained rich expertise of Pakistan's foreign currency markets while working in Dollar East Exchange Company. He attended many financial seminars and extensively travelled around the world and benefitted the Company by introducing cultural diversity. He holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has been CFO of the Company since its incorporation. In order to achieve operational efficiency and to take advantage of his expertise Mr. Saqib has also awarded the portfolio of Company Secretary.

Mr. Umair Ahmed has professional working experience of over 22 years in diversified business sectors. He holds Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 04yrs. and multiple certifications in various business disciplines. He has served in in Taurus Securities Limited, Al Habib Capital Markets (Pvt) Ltd, Global Securities Limited and Citi Bank N.A in multiple key positions. Mr. Umair has a successful track record of managing multiple assignments at a time and he is considered a dedicated professional who is detail and target oriented. He has expertise in Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT Inspections, re-structuring, managing large teams and ensuring timely deliveries. His expertise includes exposure management, client guidance, risk management, compliance and Strategic Planning. He also has experience to deal with regulatory bodies and command over Rules, Laws and Statutes required under the ambit of corporate brokerage house. He has been key player in revamping and process re-engineering of the various existing functions of the company including Finance, Administration, Human Resource Management, Compliance and Settlement operations to achieve highest service standards at par best industry practices.

Mr. Mohammad Farhan has an over 20 years of experience in various areas of operations, settlement, internal control & risk management. Prior to joining Darson Securities, his vast experience includes working at many managerial level positions for various institutions including Salman Services Limited & Abdul Ghaffar Bugsra Securities Limited. He is now Head of Operations of Darson Securities (Pvt) Limited.

Imran heads the Business Development and Corporate Desk for Darson Securities Limited and has over 12 years of experience in Pakistan's capital market. Over the course of his career Imran has worked with reputable organizations such as Faysal Asset Management Limited and BMA Capital Management Limited.

Mr. Santosh has over 13 years of experience in the fields of equity sales, research and business development. Equity Sales has been his core strength among many others which he possesses and with his excellence and leadership quality he has been striking aweinspiring deals over equity desk for more than a decade. By qualification, Mr. Santosh Kumar holds Master of Economics and Master of Business Administration degrees.

Fahad has a vast experience working in leading brokerage houses of the industry including Foundation Securities, JS Global, Taurus Securities and Arif Habib Limited. He has an exceptional command in sales, marketing and trading. With dedication and vision he has helped develop different online trading platforms and teams. His last job was at Arif Habib Limited performing under the role of Assistant Manager: Online Trading. At Darson Securities, he is the Head the Online Sales & Marketing Department. He holds a degree of B.Sc. (Risk Management) from the University of Karachi.

Dilawer's career in Capital Market span over 17 years, working for Darson a highly reputable company in the industry while seated on the sales desk his core competency is Technical Analysis, Dilawer's skill in interpreting charts & forecasting trends has earned him a reputation of degree that uniformly resonated on a high pitch from clients. His research includes a daily Technical Report for short term outlook along with broader technical opinions published as and when deemed appropriate.

Started career as a Sales & Marketing Professional in the brokerage industry also well versed in effectively handling Customer Support department. Proved his skills & leadership by successfully deploy "State of the Art Customer Support Department" in Darson Securities Limited.

Proven track record of successfully adapting to new changes and implementing any and all changes to current environment. Best proven by adoption and implementation of the RDA (Roshan Digital Account), (Digital Account) opening & Activation of all social media platforms which Mr. Zeeshan spearheaded.

Skilled in Equity Trading, Graphic Designing, Customer Service, Sales and Digital Marketing, He has Strong digital sales expertise with BS Computer Science from FUUAST University & also hold a degree of Bachelor's in Commerce.

Ishtiaq has an extensive and diversified experience in the field of capital markets spanning near couple of decade. Prior to joining Darson Securities, his vast experience working at managerial level positions for various reputable institutions which include Saadi Cement Ltd. and Siddique Textile Mills. He is a graduate from Peshawar University.

Yousuf Saeed began his career within the financial industry 7 years ago as an equity analyst at Abbasi Securities. Throughout his tenure within the industry, he has had the opportunity to work and get exposed to several sectors and different areas such as Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Advisory. Over the years he has developed acute expertise in the Economy, Banks, Oil & Gas among other sectors plus he also has great command over Excel and particularly Financial Modelling. His vast experience and knowledge have made him an integral part of the Darson Team where he plays not only a leading role within the research department but also other departments such as Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Advisory and consultancy, Corporate Trading among others where his input is invaluable and informative thus assisting Darson to its goals. He holds an MBA Degree in Finance from Iqra University and He is also a CFA Chartered holder.

Irshad has over 18 years of experience in Equity Sales & Trading. Mr. Irshad Zubair recently joined Darson Securities Limited in 2019, and has almost 18 years of working experience in Pakistan financial market, covering trading for high net worth & retail clients. Previously he was working as Manager Equity Sales in Al Habib Capital Markets (Pvt) Ltd. He also worked as Manager Sales in Global Securities Pakistan Limited (formerly UBS Securities). He started his career as Equity Trader in Zafar Moti Capital Securities. He holds a degree of MBA in Marketing from Greenwich University.

Yousuf has over 17 years of experience in Equities Sales in Pakistan financial markets. Dealt with institutional, high net worth and retail clients regarding equity investments. He started his career as individual entrepreneur by managing portfolio of HNI's. He worked with Intermarket Securities for over 13 years in capacity of equities sales, MRA Securities for over 3 years as Head of Corporate Division and has a year's experience in BIPL Securities in Corporate Division.

Shahnawaz has over 13 years of professional experience in the Field of Info. Technology. His responsibilities at Darson Securities include managing information technology projects, implementation of security policies, development and implementation of disaster recovery plan and monitoring of infrastructure of Information technology. He is also responsible of managing Vtrade Online Management Software, StockXS and Vtrade Touch at DSL.

Mr. Kashif Aftab Possesses over 22 years in IT Strategy Planning & Development, IT Architecture Design & Development, IT Infrastructure & Operations Management, IT Service Management - ITIL and Team Performance Management & Development, having work experience in United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. He holds Master’s Degree from The University of Manchester, UK. BCS Hon’s Degree in Computer Sciences from RIPHAH International University, Islamabad, Pakistan. BCS Professional UG Diploma in Networks from Manchester College of Higher Education & Media Technology, UK.

At Darson Securities Ltd. Mr. Kashif Aftab has established a new system network and is responsible to lead, manage, support and identify slower functioning areas and improve all aspects of the whole Information Technology Department. He is Detail oriented professional, Knowledgeable and dedicated Information Technology manager & Support Specialist.
